Alert Types

1. Real-Time Alerts

Get notified immediately when a lead with a score above your chosen threshold is discovered. This is essential for platforms like X, where conversations move quickly.

2. Daily Digests

Receive a summary of all leads found in the last 24 hours. This is great for a low-pressure review of your market activity.

3. Weekly Reports

A high-level overview of your campaign performance, including total leads found, top keywords, and reply rate trends.

Configuring Your Alerts

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Select your preferred Channel (Email, Slack, or Webhook).
  3. Set your Score Threshold (e.g., "Only notify me for leads scored 9.0 or higher").
  4. Choose your Frequency.
  5. (Optional) Filter by Platform or Category.

Best Practices for Alerts

  • Don't Over-Notify: If you set your threshold too low, you'll get buried in notifications. Start with a high threshold (8.5+) and lower it only if you need more volume.
  • Use Slack for Speed: If you have a sales team, Slack is the best way to ensure leads are claimed and responded to quickly.
  • Automate the CRM Push: Use webhooks to ensure no high-value lead ever falls through the cracks.
