Lead Discovery is the heart of the Leadverse platform. It is the process of automatically identifying potential customers based on their public social media activity.

How Lead Discovery Works

Our system uses a combination of keyword matching and AI-powered intent detection. Instead of just looking for the word "marketing," we look for phrases like "I need help with my marketing strategy" or "Does anyone know a good marketing agency?"

Setting Up Your Discovery Campaign

  1. Define Your Keywords: Start with 5-10 core keywords related to your business.
  2. Add Negative Keywords: Exclude terms that might lead to irrelevant posts (e.g., if you sell "Apple" computers, you might exclude "fruit" or "juice").
  3. Select Subreddits/Accounts: For Reddit and X, you can specify certain communities or influencers to monitor more closely.
  4. Set Intent Threshold: Choose how "hot" a lead needs to be before it appears in your dashboard.

Advanced Filtering Options

Category Filtering

Leadverse allows you to filter leads by category. For example, if you are a web design agency, you can filter for "Design," "Development," or "UI/UX" requests. This helps you stay focused on the leads that match your specific expertise.

Recency Filter

In the world of social media, a lead that is 24 hours old is often already "cold." Leadverse allows you to filter for leads found in the last hour, 4 hours, or 12 hours.

Platform Filtering

Toggle between Reddit, X, and LinkedIn to see where your best leads are coming from.

Managing Your Leads

Your Leads Dashboard provides a clean, actionable list of opportunities. Each lead entry includes:

  • The Original Post: A snippet of what the user said.
  • AI Score: A rating of the lead's intent.
  • Platform Icon: Where the lead was found.
  • Time Elapsed: How long ago the post was made.

Lead Actions

  • Save: Bookmark a lead to follow up on later.
  • Ignore: Remove a lead from your dashboard if it's not a good fit.
  • Reply: Open the Reply Agent to draft a response.

Use the "Save" feature for leads that require a more detailed, manual response. Use the "Reply" feature for quick, AI-assisted outreach.
