AI Lead Scoring

Not all leads are created equal. Leadverse uses a proprietary AI scoring model to help you distinguish between a casual mention and a high-intent buying signal.

The Scoring Scale

Every lead in Leadverse is assigned a score from 1.0 to 10.0.

  • 9.0 - 10.0 (Hot): The user is explicitly asking for a recommendation or a tool to solve a specific problem. They are ready to buy or sign up.
  • 7.0 - 8.9 (Warm): The user is describing a problem that your product solves but hasn't explicitly asked for a tool yet.
  • 5.0 - 6.9 (Neutral): The user is discussing a topic related to your industry but may just be sharing information or asking for general advice.
  • Below 5.0 (Cold): Low relevance or low intent. These are often filtered out by default.

How the Score is Calculated

Our AI analyzes several factors to determine the score:

1. Linguistic Cues

We look for "intent verbs" and phrases like:

  • "Looking for..."
  • "Any recommendations?"
  • "What is the best...?"
  • "How do I fix...?"

2. Contextual Relevance

The AI compares the post content to your Product Fingerprint. If you sell an invoicing tool and someone is asking for "accounting software," the score will be high. If they are asking about "tax laws," the score will be lower.

3. User Sentiment

Is the user frustrated with a competitor? Frustration often indicates a high readiness to switch to a new solution, which boosts the lead score.

Customizing Your Scoring

You can influence how Leadverse scores leads by refining your Campaign Description.

  • If you want more "top of funnel" leads, keep your description broad.
  • If you only want "bottom of funnel" leads, be very specific about the exact problems you solve.

Lead scoring saves you hours of manual work. Instead of reading through hundreds of irrelevant posts, you can jump straight to the top 5% of opportunities that are most likely to convert.
